Brar Global Framing Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as assisting in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks, equipment, and other vehicles
  • Assisting in the preparation and finishing of building structures, including framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Operating machinery and equipment used in construction, such as drills and saws, under the supervision of experienced professionals
  • Performing physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by disposing of waste, cleaning equipment, and adhering to site-specific safety protocols
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • No formal education requirements, but a strong willingness to learn and take direction
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • A high level of physical fitness, as this role requires manual labor and exposure to varying weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license, although this may not be essential for all locations
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 30-35 hours of work per week.

The estimated salary includes a base pay rate of $50,000 per year, plus additional compensation for overtime hours worked. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
