Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team of support staff. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the standards of the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA)
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress, including observations, interventions, and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) for RNs or Diploma in Practical Nursing for RPNs
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to person-centered care approaches and principles
