About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a highly skilled Associate - Performance, Analytics and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic Strategic Facility Management and Business Integration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Performance and Business Integration (PBI) programs, ensuring effective delivery and high-quality solutions.
  • Support the environmental sustainability program by collecting and analyzing environmental metrics and emissions data, and exploring automation and best practices in sustainability reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for the Radiation & Biological Safety Program, including compliance checks and documentation oversight.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies to enhance reporting, data analytics, and business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business Administration from a recognized academic or technical institute.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data/information management and statistical analysis, report design/layout and testing/data validation.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Azure, Excel, Fabric, PowerBI, Word).
  • Working knowledge of database computer language (SQL, JSON) and knowledge of powerapps and power query.
  • Experience in a GMP or other highly regulated space would be an asset.
  • Collaborative, with good communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities.

Work Environment

This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at a Canadian Blood Services location 40% of the time/2 days of the week.

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day.
