Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

R & A Brothers Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our digital presence, including our website and social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
