About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Whitecourt, Hinton & New Edson Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch physiotherapy services to patients in need.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 32-40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to meet patient needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination and ability to stand for extended periods
