We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Whitecourt, Hinton & New Edson Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch physiotherapy services to patients in need.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 32-40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality care
- Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes
- Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to meet patient needs
- Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination and ability to stand for extended periods
- Parking available on site
