Job Title: Data Analyste Informatique M

The Hotel Management Applications Analyst is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting and maintaining our applications for our hotels and lodging. This position requires a strong background in IT knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and test our applications for our hotels and lodging
  • Field support and service requests related to lodging applications, prioritizing any revenue-impacting or customer-facing issues
  • Assist with any troubleshooting related to data integrations from our lodging applications to our ERP
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, define requirements, design solutions, and collaborate in data validation, ensuring the final solution meets or exceeds all business needs
  • Provide training to end users on our applications as needed
Requirements:
  • BS or BA in Computer Science (or similar) or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • SQL query writing experience
  • Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, as well as independently, on tasks and projects
  • Possess strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to explain concepts to non-technical and technical colleagues
