Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, as well as maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Use an RF scanner to determine the correct products to be moved, gathered, or distributed for completing customer orders.
    • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves, or conveyor belts based on the necessary route for either the packing station or shipping department.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Operate a riding powered pallet jack and/or forklift to move products efficiently in a productive environment.
    • Receive processed orders, verify accuracy of order, and scan order into computer system.
    • Banding product securely to respective pallet using company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets.
    • Operate forklift and pallet jack to stage or load products as necessary.
    • Load orders safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive merchandise into the warehouse daily upon delivery.
    • Unload trucks and verify inventory.
    • Record and report discrepancies and/or damages as needed.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Experience
      • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
      • Minimum of 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack required.
      • Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing an RF Scanner required.
    • Skills
      • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis required.
      • Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day on a continuous basis in a fast-paced environment.
      • Must have organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
      • Utilize various types of packing supplies to protect product on pallet for shipping.
      • Reading and comprehension skills required.
      • Must possess computer exposure.
      • Strong initiative and self-motivational skills.
      • Strong verbal communication skills.
    Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to accurately process customer orders.

Additionally, they will be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis and be able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day in a fast-paced environment.
