About the Role
As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution of IAM solutions within a robust product suite. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric features, leveraging your expertise in identity governance, access controls, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of IAM features (e.g., SSO, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management) within a UEM or SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product increments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in IAM and endpoint management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on IAM or related security solutions.
• Proven track record of launching and managing IAM products in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience working with small, agile engineering teams to deliver complex features on time.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for bridging technical and business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
