Cabinet Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finishing Specialist to join our team at Groupe Cabico Inc. in Furniture Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying finishes to cabinets and other furniture products.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Toners and Highlights: Apply toners, highlights, glazes or shaders to obtain the desired finish on cabinet surfaces.
- Lacquer and Sealer Application: Apply lacquer or other sealers to protect and enhance the appearance of finished products.
- Quality Control: Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards.
- Repair and Maintenance: Make minor repairs to furniture and apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Physical Abilities: Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure that all finishes are applied evenly and consistently.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve high-quality results.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, bonus, group insurance benefits, life insurance, long-term care insurance, maternity and parental benefits, free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, on-site amenities, team building opportunities, parking available, and travel insurance.
