This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Advisor, Health Safety & Environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting departmental alignments by ensuring the application of OHS processes
- Participating in the implementation of a preventive culture by empowering customers
- Developing solutions leading to the reduction of risks associated with production activities
- Advising, supporting, and coaching internal customers
- Participating in the development and deployment of OHS programs and tools
- Conducting on-site qualitative and quantitative OHS risk analyses
- Carrying out trend analysis of OHS data and identifying areas for improvement
- Acting as a technical specialist, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DEC, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety
- At least 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- The ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze, and solve problems
- Autonomy, structure, and the ability to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills
