1. Integrate and interpret threat intelligence feeds for proactive hunting activities, staying one step ahead of emerging threats.
2. Proactively search for and detect threats using an understanding of common attack techniques, ensuring our customers' data remains secure.
3. Leverage advanced analytics for User Behavior Analysis to detect anomalies indicating potential security threats, providing early warnings for our customers.
4. Continuously learn about new threats, tools, and techniques, applying strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to drive results.
5. Able to work in shifts and weekends, with occasional travel as required, to meet the demands of our dynamic threat landscape.

What You Need to Succeed:

1. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
2. 12 to 15 years of previous professional experience in IT and/or in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in threat hunting, incident response, or a related field.
3. Deep understanding of malware methods, attack tactics, and threat actor Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), enabling you to stay ahead of emerging threats.
4. Experience in incident response, including advanced adversary detection and log analysis, to drive swift and effective response to security incidents.
5. Extensive knowledge of Operating Systems, network security concepts, and protocols, ensuring you can navigate complex security environments.
6. Strong familiarity with Cyber Kill Chain Model and MITRE ATT&CK Matrix, a valuable asset in our threat hunting efforts.
