Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our team at Whyte Ave Landscape Supplies Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule Distribution: Arrange for the distribution of goods to customers and clients.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Inspect incoming goods to ensure they match invoices and other documents.
- Maintain Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer information.
- Pack and Load Goods: Pack and load goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly secured and labeled.
- Supervise Material Handlers: Supervise and coordinate the work of material handlers and helpers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and reliable.
