Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Smokes Poutinerie Westdale, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
