Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at CLEAResult. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of our energy efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of insulators and other technical staff
  • Plan and manage budgets for projects and teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the energy efficiency or building envelope industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and projects
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
