Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network performance.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining accurate control records.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, optimizing server performance and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement network security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in network administration, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in network management software and tools, including SNMP and NetFlow.
