Key Responsibilities:

  • Child Development: Prepare and implement activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Plan and manage children's daily activities and routines, ensuring a safe environment that protects their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Observation and Adaptation: Observe the abilities and behaviours of children, developing new learning methods based on individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Loving and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to observe and adapt to children's needs.
  • Imagination, resourcefulness, and creativity in planning activities.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
