Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality food and customer service, including ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
