Job Description

A typical day as a Branch Manager involves:

  • Out in the community building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Executing tactical plans to achieve growth, profitability, and cash flow goals.
  • Cooking and developing each team member to ensure they are providing high-quality financial advice.
  • Identifying opportunities for members and employees to grow and develop.
