Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams to maximize financial output through talent optimization, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience.

Talent Optimization
  • Acquire high-quality talent by identifying and developing future leaders within the organization
  • Develop a comprehensive training program that focuses on leadership development, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques
Operational Execution
  • Prioritize workload by setting clear goals and objectives for each team member
  • Validate the execution of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
Customer Experience
  • Ensure a friendly environment by maintaining a clean, organized store and providing excellent customer service
  • Verify that items are in-stock, priced correctly, and easily accessible to customers
Sales and Profit Maximization
  • Drive sales to exceed financial goals by analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Manage payroll and control expenses to optimize profit margins
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Requires standing and moving for an entire shift

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year.
