About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with aircraft systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced maintenance technicians.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Aircraft Maintenance Techniques or equivalent.
  • A valid M2 category aircraft maintenance license.
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms.
  • Knowledge of Citation XLS and Dornier 328J systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
