Job Title: Textile Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Textile Processing Supervisor to join our team at STOBAG North America Corp. (STOBAG Canada). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating work activities, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and supervising the activities of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, including training and reviewing their performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with a team of 16-20 people. The work involves standing for extended periods, and the ability to distinguish between colours is essential.
