Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a leader and mentor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting healthy living and immunization programs.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
* Ensure accurate medication management and dispensing practices
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to promote healthy living and community health
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and stay current

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree from an accredited institution
* Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
* Current CPR Certification Valid in British Columbia
* Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and drive results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
