Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Inbound and Outbound Shipments: Accurately complete and maintain all necessary reports, logs, and forms to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Yard Management: Create yard summary reports daily and email to team leads and managers, as well as investigate and resolve yard inventory-related opportunities.
  • Inventory Verification: Verify the status of trailers using handheld yard check guns and report any aging inbound trailers.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist with various office tasks as needed and provide support to the supply chain team.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
