Construction Laborer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer Specialist to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. This role involves working in a fast-paced construction environment, assisting with various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

• Load, unload and transport construction materials as required
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades according to safety protocols
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety guidelines
• Participate in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites

• No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this position
• Previous experience is an asset, but not necessary
• Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed
• Fluency in English is required for communication with colleagues and supervisors

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Relocation costs will be covered by the employer, making it an attractive opportunity for those willing to relocate.
