Job Title: Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Picking orders and stocking shelves
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
  • Wrapping and packing goods for shipping
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory using computerized inventory control systems
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
