Pharmacy Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our pharmacies, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet patient needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, preferably with a proven track record of business growth and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in KROLL Pharmacy Computer system and other relevant software.
