**Financial Reporting Internship Opportunity at Onedersquad**

Onedersquad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Reporting Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain significant fluctuations in financial data.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for regulatory compliance, utilizing financial software and tools.
  • Assist in reconciling and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of financial reporting processes, collaborating with experienced professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
