Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Prince George. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Wage: $17.40/hour.
  • Will train.
