The Executive, Client Solutions Specialist at On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is a dynamic self-starter with professional poise and a track record of delivering results. This role involves actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our impressive client base by being responsive, building strong relationships, and providing critical support when disaster strikes—whether it's fire, floods, or biohazards.
The Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client experiences, making On Side a trusted partner for years to come. The ideal candidate will demonstrate influence, leadership, mentorship, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Provide critical support during times of crisis, including disaster restoration and recovery services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in restoration or construction
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a combination of relevant experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings
- Responsive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Flexible scheduling/availability for local and out-of-town travel
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract record
