Job Title: Trucking Company General Manager

Wide Range Express Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trucking Company General Manager to lead our transportation operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our trucking company, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our transportation team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve our goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our transportation operations, including route optimization, fleet management, and logistics.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and stability of our trucking company.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our transportation operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of transportation professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior transportation management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
