Job Overview

The Talent Development Manager is responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of the company's talent development strategy. This role involves designing and executing various training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and support the achievement of company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Human Capital Strategy: Collaborate with the HR Director to implement the company's talent development strategy and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Training Program Management: Identify employee development needs and design corresponding development plans, design, organize, and implement various training courses, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and management training.
  • Talent Management: Establish an internal talent pool and improve talent mobility management within the company, establish and continuously refine employee career development pathways, and establish corresponding talent evaluation systems.
  • Performance Management: Optimize the company's performance management processes, provide performance management training and guidance to managers, and support the implementation of annual performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or training and development roles.
  • Practical experience in designing and implementing training programs, strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic data analysis skills and proficiency in common office software, and budgeting skills.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (French is an asset).
