**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-time Keyholder at our Bridgewater, NS store. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Cash Handling:** Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Inventory Management:** Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
  • **Store Operations:** Participate in opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, processing deposits, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
