Job Title: Technology Director - Semiconductor Industry Expertise

Job Summary:

At TechInsights, we're committed to innovation and pushing the boundaries of technology. As our Technology Director - Semiconductor Industry Expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our engineering teams and driving the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deliverables and process workflows of our engineering teams, ensuring optimization of engineering resources and meeting delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmaps, representing the interests of the Technology Teams and facilitating the development of new subscription offerings.
  • Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders by communicating strategic objectives, providing clear direction, setting professional development goals, and empowering team members to be self-starting and self-sufficient.
  • Ensure that our Technology Teams are appropriately staffed to meet current and future business needs, particularly as we introduce new subscription offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology-focused organization
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments, with experience in managing and mentoring engineering unit leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
