About the Role

As a Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis Restoration of Regina SK, you will play a crucial part in leading our team in delivering exceptional results in the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of your team members.
  • Community Focused: Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others, while improving your community by serving others.
  • Project Management: Manage renovation projects, control budgets, and communicate effectively with owners and subcontractors.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, direct and B2B, to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
  • Partnerships: Seek partnerships with vendors and tradesmen to improve performance and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Career Emphasis on Learning: A strong emphasis on learning and continuing education is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively lead and develop a team.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in construction project management is beneficial, but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
