Group Mind Body Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Group Mind Body Instructor to join our team at GoodLife Fitness. As a Group Mind Body Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and enjoyable fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our club's programs and services to promote member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of fitness classes and programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of class attendance, member feedback, and program evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant certification (e.g., Group Fitness, Mind Body, or related field) is required.
  • CPR-A certification is mandatory; AED training is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of the health and fitness industry, with a passion for delivering high-quality fitness programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and member retention.
