The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining test plans thoroughly (both manual and automated) to qualify product releases and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans to validate product releases and features
  • Report bugs and errors using Asana with detailed descriptions to facilitate swift resolution
  • Own test outcomes, track defects, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Analyze root causes of bugs and refine test plans to prevent similar issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on troubleshooting and new test case development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years in Quality Engineering and/or test engineering experience
  • Experience with automated test frameworks and tools such as Postman, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Pytest
  • Familiarity with QA process, methodologies, and test case management tools such as TestRail
  • Proficiency in Python, Javascript, Java, or equivalent coding language
