Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Quality Assurance team at TRIGO. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality services and support, as well as training and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere at sites.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel, ensuring daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
  • Operations Management: Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed, train inspectors, and validate adherence to process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor, and communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
  • Inventory Management: Manage material movements using inventory management tools as needed.
  • Compliance: Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies, as well as TRIGO and site specific customer policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1+ year in Quality related position preferred, demonstrating leadership ability.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and proficiency in the use of various gauges and measuring devices.
