JKCE PROBUILD CONTRACTING is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and loaders to excavate and demolish sites. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conducting pre-operational checks on equipment
  • Cleaning and lubricating equipment and refilling tanks
  • Measuring distance, volume, length, and weight
  • Completing onboard and other logs
  • Securing special attachments to equipment
  • Performing minor repairs to equipment
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites

Requirements:

  • Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
