Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Ingonish Harbour Resort Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with our company's goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness;
- Managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events;
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts;
- Maintaining and managing digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing operations or a related field;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and software;
- Experience with digital analytics and data analysis.
