Job Title: Construction Labourer

Aqua Bay Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Own vehicle
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Gloves
  • Cellular phone
