About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 1843095 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Business Development
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions to secure business opportunities.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support business growth.
  • Operational Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective team performance.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility, organized, and a team player with initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer.
