About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to join our team as an Associate Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience practicing law in BC and a strong background in corporate law, commercial law, and/or real estate law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases and clients independently while collaborating effectively with legal support staff
  • Actively seek out and capture new business opportunities
  • Follow up promptly on referrals
  • Thrive in a team-oriented work environment

Requirements
  • Member of the Law Society of British Columbia for a minimum of three (3) years

Logica Law is a modern law office located in Yaletown, Vancouver. We are a team of ten lawyers and five staff who are passionate about what we do and work in a collaborative environment.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
