About the Job

This role involves being the voice for our festival clients, gaining a deep understanding of festival persona needs, and shaping future products. You will build strong relationships with festival experts and translate user needs to create business cases, prioritize forward momentum, and drive solution development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent user persona needs in close collaboration with global Festival experts.
  • Support the Project Management Organization in upward communication and presentation of product-level progression and delivery timelines.
  • Drive solution development strategy based on competition, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure key software performance metrics, including response times, quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction measures, are defined and achieved.
  • Complete post-mortems to identify critical success factors of product usage and use data to strengthen and improve product strategies.
  • Collaborate with relevant leaders to create short and medium-term product and technology strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with exposure to front-end user experiences and backend processes.
  • Previous experience in ticketing field or a keen understanding of trends in e-commerce, technology, and Ticketmaster's product.
  • Demonstrate successful delivery of multiple product cycles in an agile environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent, executive-level communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA a plus.
