Lordco Parts Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our distribution center in Port Coquitlam, BC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training new staff members, managing staff schedules, and monitoring inventory levels. They will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and team efficiency.
- Train and develop a succession plan for new staff members
- Manage staff schedules and rotations, including peak periods and staff absences
- Regularly assess inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team
- Monitor KPIs for the team and implement strategies to exceed targets
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with RF Storage experience. They will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
