Key Responsibilities:- Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store.
- Represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home.
- Collaborate with the store team and managers to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.
- At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising.
- Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad.
- Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift.
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.
