The Window and Panel Assembler will be responsible for assembling composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. o/s ClearSecure. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or production, with a focus on working with plastic materials.

As a Window and Panel Assembler, you will work with various equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products. You will also inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.

Your duties will include operating machines or equipment, using hand tools to cut, shape, splice, and fit plastic materials, and reading and interpreting specifications or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies
  • Operate machines or equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Use hand tools to cut, shape, splice, and fit plastic materials
  • Read and interpret specifications or verbal instructions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in manufacturing or production, particularly with plastic materials
  • Ability to work with various equipment and hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, life insurance, and a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP).
