About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at JASMEEN FRAMING LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a passion for building structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, mills, and industrial plants. They will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
