Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ritz Floor & Decor Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and establish work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
