Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our People and Culture organization. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our talent management strategy, including performance management, engagement, and feedback systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain industry-leading HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and support business growth.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives, continuous learning, and leadership development programs.
  • Work closely with senior executives to provide strategic HR advice and support.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in HR/People & Culture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of taking a collaborative, growth-oriented, and data-driven approach to solving people-related problems.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in venture capital, financial services, capital markets, or enterprise B2B.
