About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Marketing Strategist to join our team at Fidelity Investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute mobile marketing strategies to engage customers and prospects across various devices and platforms.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of mobile-first marketing campaigns, including SMS, notifications, alerts, and other emerging tactics.
  • Build and manage mobile-based marketing workflows in multiple technologies, ensuring seamless integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics systems.
  • Analyze mobile data and metrics to inform and optimize mobile marketing strategies for each customer segment.
What You'll Do:
  • Create mobile-first customer journey experiences, leveraging data-driven insights to drive conversions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsive, mobile-optimized website landing pages and deliver mobile-centric campaigns.
  • Draft business requirements for mobile marketing technologies and oversee implementations with internal technology partners.
  • Ensure well-documented opt-in processes for SMS, geolocation-based engagements, notifications, and messages.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance mobile tactics to improve customer lifecycle interactions.
Raise the Bar for Customer Engagement on Mobile:
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of mobile-centric strategies, providing personalized mobile experiences that drive conversions and satisfaction.
  • Work with key stakeholders to optimize advertising and search efforts for mobile, exploring new formats and content opportunities.
  • Craft unique-to-mobile experiences that exploit capabilities like mobile wallet, messaging platforms, and search.
  • Set targets and regularly report on effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4-year university degree, preferably with a focus on marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with mobile marketing technology platforms or workflows.
  • Proven track record of creating and leading mobile-first marketing campaigns, including copywriting and building SMS and notification workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
